You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days

- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.

Conditions

- The sneakers must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

- They must include all original tickets, tags, and packaging.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use.

Delivery & return shipping fees

- All delivery fees (both ways) are paid by the customer.

- If you exchange for a different size or style, you’ll need to pay the shipping cost for      the new delivery too.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number.

  2. Tell us if you want a refund or an exchange, and which size or style you'd like instead.

  3. We’ll guide you step-by-step to complete the process.

Refund timing

- Once we receive and inspect your returned sneakers, we’ll process your refund         within 5–7 business days.
