How long does delivery take?

Can I check my order before I accept it?

Yes! You can check your sneakers with the courier when they arrive.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return them immediately, but you’ll need to cover the shipping fees.

Can I return or exchange my sneakers?

Yes! You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, if:

unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

Once we receive and check your returned sneakers, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
